I've just uploaded the first patrons-only version of the game on my Patreon. In future, whenever I launch an update I'll put it on Patreon first, and the last patrons-only version will become the new free version.

The new version features 2 new events, the ability to name your brothel, a rework to the sickness system, and various other improvements.
